Yes, quality clothing and shoes in good, resellable condition: brand-name and designer labels, outdoor and technical apparel (Patagonia, Arc'teryx, The North Face, Burton, KUHL), workwear (Carhartt, Filson), vintage and western wear (pearl-snap shirts, vintage denim, band tees, old team jackets and caps), quality leather boots and shoes (cowboy boots, work boots, Red Wing, Danner, Frye, Lucchese), brand-name athletic shoes in good shape, and vintage wool blankets. Send a photo of the labels and the soles (what sells). I don't take worn-out, stained or torn pieces, underwear and socks, everyday basics, linens, towels, pet bedding or rags, and I don't do textile recycling — everyday clothes are best dropped at a charity (here's where).

No fee. I'm a reseller: I make my money reselling what has a second life and reclaiming the metal, so the pickup rides free. Pickups are by request, at my discretion, and not tax-deductible.

Tools, electronics, gear, instruments, working appliances and quality clothing and shoes are cleaned up and resold or rehomed so they get a real second life. Metal from dead appliances and equipment is reclaimed and recycled. Anything else I can't resell is routed to the best reuse and recycling I can find. The goal: a second life for every item I can, and as little as possible to the landfill.

Not for small items on the porch or driveway; heavy items, appliances and anything inside need someone there to give me access. I confirm every pickup before I come, so nothing shows up unannounced.

No — I'm a local reuse business, not a registered 501(c)(3), so pickups aren't tax-deductible. Here's the honest trade: a charity hands you a receipt for your taxes; I hand you a Reclaim Receipt — a personal note telling you where your stuff went. If a tax write-off is the priority, a registered charity is the better fit — no hard feelings.

I read and reply to every request myself. Pickup is by approval and fit around my routes, so the timing depends on where you are and how my week lines up — it isn't instant. I'll always tell you straight what I can take and when I can get there, and nothing is promised until I confirm.
